All artworks are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping fees are your responsibility, the price is estimated depending on your delivery location.
In order to reduce the shipping price of large-sized works, you can request that they be removed from the frame and sent in rolls. You can have it re-framed upon arrival at a local framer.
The delivery durations differs from country to country. An estimated delivery time will be informed upon request.
Important Information for International Customers
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ahsen Küçükçalık is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ahsenkucukcalik@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
